Credit card: Processed within 7 business days; may take up to 120 days to appear on your statement (depends on your bank).
Bank transfer: Issued within 10 business days after inspection, to the same name used on the order.
Products returned without prior notice, outside the deadline, missing items/tags/invoice will be sent back.
If an exchange is refused after inspection, the product will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Return shipping costs for refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
